Why I Built Stokely
I love marketing. Not in a casual, "it's my job" kind of way. I genuinely geek out about it.
I've spent my career doing marketing across almost every context imaginable — from Google and Ford to Series A startups to helping my mom grow her small business. And what struck me wasn't how different those environments were. It was how much they had in common.
Regardless of company size or industry, most marketing suffers from the same three problems: a lack of intentionality, confusing tactics with strategy, and not centering around the customer. It's not a size problem. It's not a budget problem. It's a thinking problem.
Marketing is something everyone knows they need, but it can feel overwhelming to actually do well. There's a lot of noise, a lot of conflicting advice, and very little that helps you slow down and think clearly about what you're trying to accomplish and for whom.
That's why I built Stokely. I wanted something that helped you think — that asked the right questions in the right order, coached you through the hard ones, and helped you build something that actually reflected your business and your audience. Not a template. Not a generator.
Stokely is designed to be your thought partner and personal strategist. You'll end a session with a robust, realistic strategy — but you'll also end it with a deeper understanding of your own business.
